Alan Ellenbogen

Alan, the “listing” side of the team, has been a realtor for more than 7 years. He has certifications as an ABR, ePro, Green, and SFR. He has been awarded the coveted New Jersey REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Award®, 2017 and 2016-Gold. Previously, he was awarded the Silver Award from 2013-2015. With more than 35 years of experience in sales and marketing, Alan is an expert negotiator. An ex-New Yorker, he and Nancy were Montclair residents for 17 years. They now reside in Packanack Lake. When he’s not connecting clients with perfect homes, this tennis enthusiast can swing a mean racket!

Nancy Oppenheimer-Ellenbogen

Nancy Oppenheimer-Ellenbogen, the “buying” side of the team, has been a realtor for more than 4 years. She has the ABR and SFR designations and is a member of the Association of Staging Professionals. Nancy can attribute her keen understanding of the market to 25 years of experience in outside sales, during which she demonstrated her talent and passion for advertising. She served as the Senior Regional Manager of Jeweler’s Circular Keystone and achieved an impressive advertising budget of 120%. As the Northeast Regional Manager of Woman’s Wear Daily, she was responsible for the highest single year revenue increase in all advertising categories. Formerly from Pennsylvania, Nancy is an avid equestrian and loves dogs and cats.

Cassie Cosby

Cassie Cosby is sharp, purposeful and logical. She gets things done without drama, formulates her plan for you with clarity and focuses intently on key issues that arise during a transaction. Cassie will not rest until she has delivered the desired result for you.
Cassie’s passion for real estate began in the eclectic city of Austin, Texas where she assisted her father, an authority in the construction and remodeling field, with purchasing, redesigning and selling homes. Later she gained experience with relocation, rentals and REO properties before making the move to New Jersey in 2012. Cassie and her husband, who is a teacher, live in Cedar Grove and are the new, and very proud, parents of a young son. She understands the stress of moving to a new area and can be your trusted source for neighborhood information when the time comes. With a steely determination to succeed, Cassie Cosby will pay attention to your needs and remain determined to help you reach your real estate goals. She is a focused communicator who will be on your side with unwavering support throughout the home buying or selling process.

Caroline Velonas

A transplanted Staten Islander, Caroline has been an agent at BHHS New Jersey Properties for more than 5 years. She prides herself on the fact that she lives where she markets; she resides in Cedar Grove with her husband and three boys. She knows the neighborhoods intimately and her clients benefit from this knowledge. She is an excellent buyer’s agent and enjoys finding that perfect home for her clients. When listing a home, she can point out features that she knows buyers are looking for in that area.
